Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 7 to 10 business days before shipment.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or the time the shipping carrier takes to deliver the package.
During launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. Any important updates will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and charges will be shown during checkout based on the items ordered and the customer’s delivery address.
Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation containing tracking information will be sent by email.
Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Jones Comforts.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Address corrections are not guaranteed after an order has been placed. Address questions must be submitted through our website Contact page or emailed to jonesfamilycomforts@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or another issue outside the control of Jones Comforts.
Delayed or Missing Packages
After a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside the control of Jones Comforts.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, please check around the delivery area, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact Jones Comforts through our website Contact page or by email for assistance reviewing the tracking information.
Packages Damaged During Shipping
Damage believed to have occurred during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan.
Customers must follow the evidence and contact requirements listed in our Return and Order Issue Policy.

Jones Comforts does not provide customer service through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other social-media messages. Social-media messages may not be seen or answered and do not count as official notice of a shipping or order problem.
