These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of jonescomforts.com and your purchase of products from Jones Comforts (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Store operator and platform

Jones Comforts operates this online store from Napa, California, United States. The store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process transactions. Shopify is not the seller of Jones Comforts products.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Services with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account use.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, photography, small-batch production, and the pressing process can cause minor variations in color, placement, or appearance. These variations are not necessarily defects. Product availability, designs, colors, sizes, and prices may change without notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment problems, or shipping restrictions. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

You are responsible for confirming the design, color, size, quantity, shipping address, and other selections before submitting an order. Made-to-order production or fulfillment may begin soon after purchase.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are calculated at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and authorize the applicable charges.

Processing and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will provide delay or cancellation options when required by applicable law.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Certain products are final sale because they are made to order or offered in limited quantities. Nothing in that policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
