Return and Order Issue Policy
Because every Jones Comforts shirt is made to order using the design, shirt color, and size selected by the customer, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- An incorrect color or design selected by the customer
- A change of mind
- Normal variations in garment or screen colors
- Incorrect information entered when placing the order
Please carefully review all product details, sizing information, and order selections before completing checkout.
Errors Made by Jones Comforts
If Jones Comforts sends the wrong size, color, or design, please contact us so we can review and correct the issue.
The issue must be submitted through our website Contact page or by email at jonesfamilycomforts@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the problem
- Clear photos showing the item received
Items Damaged During Shipping
Damage believed to have occurred during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan.
Please include:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the outer purple shipping mailer
- A clear photo of the shipping label
- Photos showing any tears, crushing, moisture, punctures, or other package damage
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Each claim will be reviewed using the information and photographs provided.

All questions regarding products, orders, shipping, damage, or any other business matter must be submitted through our website Contact page or emailed to jonesfamilycomforts@gmail.com.
Jones Comforts does not provide customer service through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other social-media messages. Messages sent through social media may not be seen or answered and do not count as official notice of an order problem or shipping claim.
