How long does processing take?
Made-to-order shirts are normally processed within 7 to 10 business days before shipping. Weekends, holidays, and carrier delivery time are not included.
Which shirts, colors, and sizes are available?
The launch collection uses Gildan Softstyle G640 shirts in Black, White, and Sport Gray, with sizes S through 2XL.
Can I return or exchange a shirt?
Because every shirt is made to order using the selections submitted at checkout, all sales are final. Jones Comforts will review and correct an order when we send the wrong size, color, or design, or when an item arrives damaged, subject to our posted policies.
